Returns policy

Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor his self-employed professional activity.
The revocation period is one month from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Telekom currently 14Ct/min.; prices of other providers and mobile phones may vary), e-mail: service@acerto.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter, fax or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached sample revocation form for this purpose, which is not mandatory.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

consequences of revocation

If you revoke this agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive the notification of your revocation of this agreement. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to Get Solution GmbH - acerto.de, Schönbrunn 173 a - Gewerbergebiet, 07929 Saalburg - Ebersdorf immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this agreement. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We shall bear the costs of returning the goods which cannot be sent back to us by normal post due to their nature (goods for forwarding). You shall bear the direct costs of returning such goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned to us by normal post.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for testing the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

The right of revocation does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of the conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.
